Dana Moore has acted as interim Chief Financial Officer for a number of clients including a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and a non-profit affordable housing developer. Responsibilities included capital management, board reporting, capital procurement and facility negotiation, budgeting and financial strategy.

Due diligence review, creation of comprehensive Deal Books, portfolio reviews, property and transaction analysis, asset management plans, property dispositions, loan refinances, Year 15 strategies, New Market Tax Credit unwinds and other transactions encompassing affordable housing projects with asset values in excess of $1 billion.
Contract Underwriting
Pre-development, construction loans, permanent loans and entity lines of credit on behalf of CDFIs and philanthropic organizations. Loans underwritten total in excess of $100 million in the aggregate.
